Hey, Girlie! Welcome to this cosy corner of the Internet!

Growing up, I have always been drawn to the media labeled as "girly" or feminine. As a kid I was more interested in fairies, girls with an amazing fashion sense, and singing princesses than most of the other boys I knew. I hid those interests as I got older until 2021-2022. During university, I turned to nostalgic media to deal with stress. It was a cosy blanket when the world got too much.

The Pillow Fort is my attempt at sharing that feeling. You can come here whenever you need some rest and bask in the fuzziness of your favourite nostalgic media. If you like Winx Club, Bratz, Barbie movies, Disney Channel, or other media from the 2000s, you're gonna love it here!

Regardless of your sexuality, gender, disabilities or culture - you are welcome here as long as you respect the following rule. Respect other people’s pronouns, opinions and don’t be racist, homophobic or transphobic. Any kind of discrimination is forbidden within The Pillow Fort.

The Fort is a No-genA.I. zone! We support human art and you can be sure that every part of the Pillow Fort is entirely human-made. Training A.I. models on, and/or creating derivative works with the help of A.I. based on any part of this blog is forbidden.

About me

I'm Dorian Bay (he/any), the creator and writer of In The Pillow Fort. I'm originally from Croatia, but am currently living in France with my boyfriend of 5 years. I was born in the year 2000 and was raised on shows like Winx Club, Bratz, and Hannah Montana. I am a queer wheelchair user and my chair is canonically powered by fairy dust.

In 2024 I was a part of the Magical Memories Zine team where I wrote the summaries of each season of Winx Club, and the did the layout of a few articles. When I'm not writing or engaging with girly 2000s media, I am doing graphic design or playing indie TTRPGs as a GM or player. My favourite systems are Brindlewood Bay and My Little Pony: Tails of Equestria.

According to the Terms and Conditions of that service, the data that is stored on their servers when you post a message are the name that you provide, the optional website, as well as the message that you post. If the guestbook message is approved, the data which you have provided becomes public. There's an option to provide an e-mail address but I do not have that option enabled. Aditionally, the guestbook does not sell any personal data that you put in. To request the removal of your message from the public guestbook, e-mail me at dorianbay@proton.me. The removal of the message from the public guestbook may not delete it from the database which Guestbooks by Meadow uses.
